German Customer Advisor - Tourism Insurance Company

We are looking for an experienced insurance customer advisor to connect with one of the insurance customers of one of the largest insurance companies in the world. In this role you will be responsible for answering customer queries over the phone and email and providing potential customers with detailed information about our products.

Tasks

• Process insurance policy administration or cancellation requests.
• Reissue policy documentation where required.
• Identify investigate and escalate complex issues appropriately by prioritizing urgent and sensitive matters.
• Manage complex complaints professionally and timely.
• Mediate between hosts & guests for reservation concerns such as of alterations cancellations and resolution centre requests and be able to decide on the best possible outcome for all parties involved.
• Demonstrate ownership of user issues concerns and queries until resolution or escalation.
• Process responsible losses to provide the best resolution/support to the user while compiling standard workflows.
• Recognise product and process issues that impact our community and submit reports and feedback.
• Maintain accuracy and security of customer information on clients systems

Requirements

• Fluent in German language
• Working proficiency in English
• Previous experience in customer support is essential.
• Good mediation skills (preferable)
• Proactive selfmotivated and a great team player
