General Maintenance Manager (Mechanical - Electrical - Sanitary)

Job Description

• Planning the daily work and distributing the work to the maintenance department employees.
• Organizing the time of workers in the maintenance department, issuing instructions and directives, and defining tasks for them.
• Supervising and working on maintenance and repair of electrical devices and panels.
• Supervising and working on electrical wiring, installing panels and handling electrical problems.
• Supervising and working on the preparation of sanitary installations and addressing problems that arise therein.
• Supervising and working on the maintenance of facilities and equipping them with the necessary extensions and infrastructure.
• Supervising and working on the installation and maintenance of central cooling equipment (chillers).
• Follow up the maintenance of fire systems and ensure their safety
• Determining the needs of materials and equipment for the maintenance department and requesting them from the purchasing department.
• Determining the needs of human resources to work in the department.
• Participate in the selection of the department's employees, determine the training needs for them, and make recommendations for that.
• Working on applying the quality procedures in force in the company.
• Documenting maintenance operations and opening a special file for each machine separately to know its cost.
• Ensure health and occupational safety conditions for all workers in hazardous work.
• Participate in making decisions related to the maintenance department.
• Submitting periodic and annual reports on the achievements, problems and failures to the senior management..

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Power Mechanics).
• Practical experience in the field of maintenance management not less than 7 years.
• It is preferable to have experience certificates approved by previous employers stating the number of years of experience in his specialized field.
• Age ranges from 35 years to 42 years as a maximum.
• Has family stability (married and dependent).
• The housing is close to Nasr City and the nearby areas (we do not accept residents of Giza Governorate) to work in the management of the company in Nasr City.
