Furniture Planner

Job Brief:

As a Furniture Planner, you will provide a professional service to our loyal network of clients. Including conducting site surveys, planning furniture layouts and soft furnishing selection in line with the design brief and budget.

Responsibilities:
As an ambassador for Elkot Furniture, you will work closely with teams across the business, including the Retail team and Business Development Manager as well as external partners and suppliers. You will be not only creative and technically minded, but also a strong relationship builder with excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent working knowledge of and proficiency with Microsoft Suite, AutoCAD, InDesign and Photoshop
Attention to detail and strong administration skills
Strong customer service focus when dealing with both internal and external parties.
Excellent time-management skills and the ability and willingness to multi-task.
Flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing priorities

Skills Required:

Reporting into the Furniture Planning Team Leader, you will join a team of 2 Furniture Planners. You will support the team in delivering projects from conducting local site visits through to completion of each project.
Within your role, you will seek out opportunities to add to value to projects, including upselling, creating and delivering client presentations and assisting with installations. You will also support in securing referrals, increasing conversion rates and ultimately build a loyal network of clients through delivering expectation customer service.
