FMCG Legal Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Legal who will be responsible for guiding our companys legal function and ensuring the organization remains compliant with regulatory changes. This role is critical in maintaining our companys integrity in the face of legal challenges and is ideal for individuals who are proactive innovative and knowledgeable in FMCG industry laws.

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage and direct the companys daily legal functions offering precise and timely advice that supports our business objectives.
• Ensure the companys commercial agreements are appropriately documented and protected.
• Continually monitor and promptly report on emerging legal issues opportunities and developmental areas.
• Stay updated with legal and regulatory changes and recommend necessary amendments to company policies.
• Manage maintain and advise on all legal documentation and matters within the company.
• Conduct detailed legal research draft documents and oversee the review and finalization of legal documents for management signoff.
• Forge and sustain relationships with government officials and external entities; attend external meetings and report updates to both the Legal Department and other relevant internal teams.
• Collaborate with our external legal counsel ensuring proper preparation and review of evidence and supporting documentation.
• Facilitate and attend meetings with internal teams senior management and the Board of Commissioners offering legal opinions and sharing knowledge across departments.

Requirements:

• WIlling to work at Pantai Indah Kapuk North Jakarta
• Bachelors Degree in Law and possession of an Advocate license.
• 5 years of experience in the Law Division preferably within the FMCG Industry.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen understanding of corporate actions international/national trade mediation arbitration and litigation.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
• Possess traits like creativity innovation a positive attitude integrity efficiency discipline patience adaptability and a strong sense of teamwork.
