Fleet Acquisition Manager

Job Description

• Setting up direct and indirect channels for fleet acquisition like referrals, vendors, street teams and conducting on ground marketing
• Activities like flyers, onboarding fairs etc.
• Creating offline and online campaigns for creating a strong Top of The Funnel base for smooth acquisition
• Understanding Captain trends and behaviors to discover the best opportunities for growth
• Proactively understanding and building seasonality in supply to activate relevant channels on timely basis to ensure continuous flow of supply
• Run forecasting models to continuously balance demand vs. supply utilization
• Vendor Management - Find vendors and manage vendor relationships to increase supply on the company Platform
• Setting quality schemes to enhance couriers behaviors and performance
• Optimizing delivery times & couriers earnings

Job Requirements

• From 5 to 8 years work experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent excel background
