Financial Planning Analysis

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the business case preparation/write-ups and presentation for approvals.
• Assist in building the financial models of all business proposals and assist in issuing investment alternatives recommendation
• Preparation of write up of business cases with financial modeling from drafting stage up to presentation for approval.
• Track actual spend and own submitting required monthly reports to BU with a required explanation of deviation versus plan and forecast.
• financial monitoring tools and management reports highlighting CAPEX or transaction deviations.
• Preparing of post audit Capex as needed
• Work closely with the control team, engineering, sourcing & FSS team to ensure proper accounting for all Capexes during month end and year end closing.
• Lead in the preparation of detailed Capex Plans, depreciation calculation and Capex presentations for AOP, quarterly forecast, IGP, and MBR & BSR.
