Financial Director

About the Job

• Take overall control of the company’s accounting function.
• Manage company cash flow.
• Drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks.
• Retain constant awareness of the company’s financial position and act to prevent problems.
• Seek out methods Deal with banks and credit requirements and practices to minimize financial risk.
• Set targets and supervise all accounting and finance personnel.
• Establish internal work processes for financial department (including accounting and billing) and monitor their progress.
• Oversee audit and tax functions.
• Prepare forecasts and comprehensive budgets.
• Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines.
• Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to upper executives.

• Develop and implement accounting policies
• Maintain a policy manual for the finance department.
• Establish and implement a training program for new finance employees.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Accounting.
• Master’s degree and/or CPA preferred.
• Experience in real estate / construction field is preferred.
• Extremely knowledgeable in financial forecasting, accounting principles, and financial data analysis.
• Expert problem solver, analytical thinker, and decision-maker.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
