The RN in PACU and SDSU includes recovery on surgical patients for both phase 1 and phase 2.
Typical shifts are Monday through Friday, 8 hour days with flex start times.
1 in 6 calls and 1 in 6 weekends.
Our Client has approximately 3500 cases per year Performs plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, as well as other medical care treatments, documents patient care provided, monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family.
Assists with performing activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
Requirements
Required Education:
Associate s degree is required
Bachelor s degree is preferred
Required License:
Registered Nurse state license (not a compact state)
Required AHA Certifications:
BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required
Other:
minimum of 1.5 years of experience in a health care setting is required
