Lead the process of clients` paid services starting from sending a quotation, monitoring the execution until final closure by signing client satisfaction form.
Handle the process of installing the electricity meters for the units, maintenance services for residents and civil works in the public areas in cooperation with other departments and service providers as per the approved service level agreement.
Lead the team concerning the waste management for all residents’ debris until final disposal on periodical basis.
Lead & Manage the preventive maintenance program at the civil sector to assure efficiency. Lead, monitor and coach the technicians’ team performance and the relation with suppliers to ensure that all the provided services as per the agreed service level agreement.
Follow up the actual paid services on monthly basis compared to the approved target and set the needed action plan to recover any variation, monitoring market prices to have an updated benchmark for the services.
Manage & Prepare the required tender and procurement documents in terms of specifications, quantities and quality ensuring purchasing requests uploading on the system.
Manage, lead and direct the team to initiate and create list of all needed services with the relevant service level agreement and set of policies and procedures to assure smooth operational flow with respect to interaction with other departments.
Overview and follow up on the monthly reports generated from the system, setting the required meetings along with action plan to tackle a certain repetitive challenges/ complaints.
Assure client satisfaction rate within scope not less than 80% closing at least 90% of clients’ service requests as per approved SLA’s.
Assure minimum downtime of all facilities as per approved SLA’s. Assure controlling the expenditures VS approved annual budget.
