Export Officer

Job Description

• Searching for new clients and opening new export markets as well as communicating with old clients.
• Participation in international marketing exhibitions (local - external), and inventory all international exhibitions related to export operations.
• Preparing monthly reports on the export situation and the available opportunities and threats facing the company.
• Coordination with the production department of the factory in providing and matching the exported products and achieving the quality and specifications of the commodities contracted with the distributors in the foreign markets.
• Follow up the executive procedures for export business such as documentary credits, bank transfers and insurance.
• Establishing a system for obtaining continuous information from the external market and updating a database that includes all marketing information for each export market.
• Create annual sales plans and required targets.
  Ending all procedures related to export (follow-up production - planning - shipping - order documents).
• Preparing shipping documents.
