Assist in the planning and coordination of events including venue selection vendor management and event logistics.
Coordinate with suppliers vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of materials equipment and services.
Assist in managing event budgets tracking expenses and maintaining financial records.
Support guest management processes including registration RSVP tracking and responding to guest inquiries.
Assist in developing event timelines schedules and run sheets.
Help with onsite event setup including decorations signage audiovisual equipment and seating arrangements.
Provide general administrative support including managing emails phone calls and documentation related to events.
Assist in conducting postevent evaluations and preparing event reports.
Stay updated on industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in event planning
Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality Communications or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and event management software is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from senior event professionals.
Flexibility to work evenings weekends and travel as required for event setup and execution.
