As an ERP Business Development Executive your primary responsibility will be to identify develop and close new business opportunities in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software solutions. You will be tasked with understanding client needs proposing suitable ERP solutions and building strong relationships to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify potential clients through research networking and cold calling.
Generate new leads and opportunities for ERP software solutions.
2. Client Engagement:
Conduct consultations with prospective clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
Present ERP solutions tailored to the specific requirements of each client.
3. Proposal Development:
Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of the ERP solutions offered.
4. Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate pricing terms and contracts with clients to secure new business.
Close sales and achieve revenue targets within specified timeframes.
5. Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the implementation process.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or related field.
Proven track record of success in sales particularly in selling ERPs or software solutions.
Strong understanding of ERP concepts and industry trends.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
Experience with specific ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics).
Knowledge of various industries and their unique ERP requirements.
