Job Description

• Communication and linking between all the different departments.
• Managing customer files and collecting all customer data.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain.
• Responses and industry-specific solutions.
• Customer requirements, including request for proposal.
• Needs and to determine system requirements.
• Receive working files from branch sales engineers according to company rules.
• Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific.
• Revise and issue technical file of each order and send it to factory.
• Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery; preparing reports for head office and keeping customer records.
• Responsible for the full order until delivery.
• Present monthly report to the CEO with full work done during the month.
• In case any technical problems, technical office engineer is responsible for arranging between factory and sales engineer until problem is solved.

Job Requirements

• Do not apply if you are not from Haram or Sheikh zayed or Dokki city or Agouza or Maadi or nearby area.
• Females only.
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
• 3-5 Experience
• fluent in English ( reading - writing - listening ).
• Very Good communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Problem solver
• High Communication Skills, Very Good English, Team Work, Fast Learner.
• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office especially in Excel.
• Residency in Giza is preferred.
