Job Description

The SW Project Manager will be responsible for an ECU/VCU programs for French OEM

• SW requirements planning and tracking
  
• Managing the project stake holders across geographies
  
• Decision making on project priorities, conflicts and requirements
  
• Quality and risk handling as per the standard process in the organization
  
• Metrics / data collection, analysis for the SW project and status reporting
  
• Serve as primary customer contact on a SW topics, and work closely with the customer to resolve open topics and align goals
  
• Support to the Product manager in the overall Product Management
  

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Project Management processes
  
• Hands on Automotive Software and system knowledge
  
• Experience in working across the complete V-Cycle of SW development process
  
• Strong written and oral communication skills
  
• Good overview of Bosch process would be preffered
  
• Self-driven and strong inter-personal skills
  
• Ability to build and lead teams
  
• Experience in working with International Teams/Inter-Cultural Exposure is an advantage
  
• Exposure to ClearQuest, RQOne , SDOM, Doors environment
  
• Agile, open, transparent working attitude
