- Develop plans to implement and roll out the relevant TPD trainings for teachers and supervisors.
- Develop training plans, materials, and tools specified for Teacher Professional Development and programmatic purposes.
- maintain effective communication with training participants through different means.
- Facilitate TPD training courses (online and face to face) and ToT for teachers and supervisors.
- provide technical assistance, coaching and mentorship to program participants through a variety of delivery methods, including utilizing a new technology.
- Conduct regular field visits to schools to coach participants, gather data, document case studies, and enhance relationships with school communities.
- Lead the development of assessment tools related to teachers, analyze results and support the development of action plans.
