- Undertakes representational duties on behalf of the Country Manager, to include serving as first point of contact to the office of the Country Manager and liaison with clients and officials both inside (including coordination with Cairo, Djibouti, and Washington based staff and Management), and outside the World Bank Group, including government counterparts ,the diplomatic community, UN and development partners.
- Act as the Bank’s point person on all arrangements for WB Yemen Transitional office in Jordan (including liaison on resource management, office space, onboarding of new team members etc.)
- Fully responsible for time management and scheduling on behalf of the Country Manager, to include effective prioritizing and resolving related time conflicts and competing demands.
- Mission coordinator for all WB Yemen missions in Jordan.
