E-commerce Development Specialist

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Identify and prioritize high-quality, high-value leads.
• Utilize outreach methods, including but not limited to cold calling, outreach emails, trade shows, etc. to acquire new customers and grow the business.
• Qualify leads and converts sales through the E-commerce channel.
• Increase customer purchase frequency, average order value, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Innovate new business ideas with a road map for their success.
• Develop and share insights with the team and contribute holistically to shaping the strategy and building of the business.
• Build and streamline effective processes for effective customer outreach to acquire new business as the business scales.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders (sales, marketing, product, technology, operations, etc.) regarding ways to increase net new revenue through numerous outreach channels.
• Partner with Customer Service to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
• Produce and present regular reporting metrics.
• The employee's duties are not limited to the above responsibilities and may be assigned to other tasks depending on operational needs.

Education and experience:

• Bachelor degree.
• 2 years minimum experience in the same field.
• Proved project management and business administration degrees.
• Pass TOEFL or IELTS exam.
• Have good experience in Google and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
• Have good experience in call center and operation processes.
• Have good experience in different E-commerce platforms.
