Duty Manager

• Writes code for new software applications, i.e., back-end to front-end.
  
• Undertakes software modifications or feature enhancements to existing systems.
  
• Contributes to the provision of Enterprise-grade solutions.
  
• Performs full life cycle software development of distributed web applications.
  
• Designs and develops new systems.
  
• Develops and manages well-functioning databases and applications.
  
• Outlines client-side and server-side architecture
  
• Manages the complete software development process, i.e., from conception to deployment.
  
• Maintains and upgrades software following deployment.
  

• Conducts peer reviews of developed code to ensure adherence to defined coding standards.
  
• Mentors and guides junior and mid-level developers in delivering systems from inception to deployment with minimal direction. Promotes adherence to software development standards and processes.
  
• Prepares weekly and monthly regular reports of progress.
  

• Writes code for new and existing software applications
  
• Oversees automated testing and provides feedback during the development process.
  
• Designs, debugs, and manages systems, e.g., from user experience down to the server communication.
  
• Collaborates with company leadership and the entire product team in the definition, design, and launching of new software features.
  
• Writes effective APIs with appropriate security components.
  

Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related courses;
  
• At least five(5) years of experience as a Software Developer
  
• Must have a strong Front End background using Angular
• Knowledge in Apigee and Microservices are nice-to-have
  
• A strategic thinker and a creative problem solver who loves challenges
  
• Strong learning skills, good work ethic, and a positive growth mindset
  
• Works well independently or in a team
  
• Highly motivated, determined, and persistent.
