Dot NET Technical Team Leader- International IT Firm (KZ-DNTeamLead)

Job Description

• Lead a development team (up to 6 developers).
  Introduce processes and engineering practices.
  Play a role of a Scrum Master: sprint planning, grooming, demo session and retros.
  Meet sprint commitments.
• Design, code and test features of the application.
  Conduct code reviews and audit the design solutions.
• Participate in customer’s workshops and presentation of the proposed solution.
• Perform profiling and troubleshooting of the existing solutions.
• Create technical documentation.
• Managing high pressure situations and is flexible in working hours.
• Supporting project resource scheduling and department capacity planning.
• Work on a wide range of projects involving the implementation of new and existing systems,
  solutions and processes.
• Communicate clearly with business users and project managers.

Job Requirements

• Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or any other related field.
  Technical team leading and team management experience, deep understanding of Agile (Scrum).
• Strong knowledge of programming in .NET (C# or VB).
• Possess expertise in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design.
• Experience with major Web technologies and frameworks including but not limited to ASP.NET MVC,
• ASP.NET Web API, .Net Core, HTML, CSS and Bootstrap, JavaScript (jQuery, Angular).
• Strong knowledge in ADO.net and Entity Framework.
• Good knowledge in MS SQL Server 2016, 2019... and NoSQL database experience and good
  knowledge in Visual studio 2017, 2019...
  Knowledge in using TFS, DevOps beyond source control (project management, release
  management).
• Solid knowledge of Unit Testing and automated testing tools.
• Strong experience in applications design, development and maintenance.
• Solid knowledge of software design patterns and refactoring concepts.
• Solid technical expertise and troubleshooting skills with problem solving capabilities.
• Practical expertise in performance tuning and profiling and optimization, bottleneck problems
  analysis.
• Experience in client-driven large-scale implementation projects.
• Strong communication skills.
  Good verbal and written English.
  Flexible and adaptable to evolving business needs.
  8+ years of experience in the same field.
