Documentation & Reporting -Intern

Job Description:

• Reporting and Documented all needed tasks.
• Creates Bill of lading instruction (BOLINS), document management system (DMS), Global Initiatives
• Reviews trucker invoices and posted on “Control” system and follows up if any amendments.
• Review Flatbed invoices and posted on “Control” system
• Follows Up & reviews custom business unit (CBU) expenses and posted it on “Control” system.
• Reviews customs fees based on the master bill of lading (MBL) weight and Submits it on "Control" system against relevant cheques.
• Issues customer main invoices based on the quotation
• Issuing customer official receipts invoices based on actual receipts received from the suppliers
• Prepares, reviews and sends original invoices to the customer.
• Follows up The forms to be received from Customs Business Unite Team.
