Document Control Specialist

Job Description

• Receives and issues documents externally and internally according to document distribution matrix
• Write correspondence memos, letters as needed
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Monitors the status of the project to ensure documentation is submitted according to schedule.
• File documents in physical and digital records
• Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and terms of the agreement
• Ensures that all documents have no errors in filenames, revisions, submissions, etc before submitting it to the recipient department/party to avoid confusion

Job Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Documentation Engineer or similar role
• Engineering ( Mechanical Or Electrical ) background is highly recommended.
• Fluency in English (written, spoken ).
• Familiarity with project management
• Hands-on experience with MS Office “ Especially Excel”
• Proficient typing and editing skills
• Data organization skills
• Attention to detail
