Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh South Sinai. The resort sprawls across an enchanting natural preserve and is embellished by the emeraldcolored Red Sea.

The transferring employee should have the Egyptian passport.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Interpret business analytics into meaningful action to improve performance.
  • Business owner of all Revenue Management systems and tools including but not limited to IDeaS G3 RMS Opera BI tools STR Lighthouse Travelclick.
  • Effectively manage inventory pricing rate parity and positioning in all distribution channels including Branded Web 3rd Party Sites Worldwide Reservation Office (WRO) and Global Distribution System (GDS).
  • Lead optimal pricing strategy analysis and recommendations for all room classes and market segments. Managing group blocks and guiding sales team with groups evaluation and pricing decisions
  • Ownership of OTA Market Manager relationship
  • Contribute guidance and recommendations for local merchandising strategies. Liaise regularly with hotel digital marketing and communications teams agencies and vendors on campaign management opportunities.
  • Create and submit hotel forecasts leveraging IDeaS G3 RMS. Monitor accuracy on weekly basis.
  • Lead weekly Revenue Strategy meetings separate from Forecast Meetings.
  • Build consensus within Revenue Management Team to move new initiatives forward across all revenue steams (Catering Food & Beverage and SPA)
  • Lead the reservations team providing guidance mentorship and support. Oversee performance and professional development.
  • Assist Marketing and Finance leadership in annual budget marketing plan and sales goal preparation.
  • Assist with all guest inquiries within the sales and marketing department including assisting with high telephone volume and walkin site inspections.
  • Coordinate Worldwide Reservation Office visits and special activities.
  • Establish relationships with Revenue Managers in the marketplace as well as in Four Seasons as well identify potential candidates for future recruitment.
  • Perform added tasks or projects as assigned by the Director of Marketing.

KEY BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; must be able to write clearly and effectively.
  • Must be able to condense complex data into meaningful strategy.
  • Ability to tell a story with data effectively communicating insights from a dataset using narratives and visualization for a qualitative analysis that drive action from the audience.
  • Ability to present contrarian viewpoint and gain consensus through business analytics.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet various deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to manage time successfully prioritize effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical organizational and problemsolving
  • skills.
  • Capable of working and communicating effectively with Reservation team senior management in Home Office hotels and other subsidiaries.
  • Must be flexible and dependable to work beyond a standard workday when required.
  • Strong management skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
