Director of Product

Responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate a clear and compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Work closely with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) to define and implement robust product development processes and practices that ensure high-quality and timely product delivery.
• Lead the evaluation of growth options, assess new opportunities, and identify bottlenecks that may hinder product success. Turn strategy into actionable tactics that are cross-functional aligned.
• Ensure that the product and executive teams have a shared vision of the product's evolution in the future. Foster open communication and collaboration among team members to ensure successful product launches and iterations.
• Build and grow exceptional product teams by hiring top talent, onboarding new team members, coaching and mentoring them, and enabling them to bring products to market that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
• Continuously assess and update product development processes and practices to improve efficiency, reduce time to market, and enhance the overall quality of products.
