- Support the Chief of Party in the establishment of a program structure that favors integration between all sectors. Ensure program implementation is on time, target and budget, using effective M&E systems to reach desired impacts.
- In coordination with the Chief of Party, ensure implementation and operational policies and procedures are in place for the program that are in alignment with grant agreement guidelines and other donor guidelines, staying abreast of changes in regulatory environment related to donor/grant compliance; update policies and procedures as necessary;
- Manage the technical components of the program—ensuring that they are properly executed, responsive to changing program requirements, and results-oriented
- Oversee sub-grant administration including implementation, extensions, annual planning coordination, compliance monitoring and reporting and compliance management;
- Provide review and input for program documents (workplans, monthly and quarterly reporting, and other USAID reports and internal progress reports)
- In coordination with the MEL team, monitor the implementation of activities through regular site visits and assessments to ensure program quality and impact. Ensure processes and achievements are documented to ensure best practices are captured and dissemina
