Responsibilities

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design develop and implement recommendation algorithms to drive content consumption for publishing partners.
• Optimize existing recommendation algorithms by analyzing performance metrics and user feedback incorporating advanced machine learning techniques including generative AI techniques.

• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns trends and content performance to improve the relevance and quality of our recommendation systems.
• Build predictive models using machine learning algorithms and statistical techniques to optimize content recommendations for various user segments.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Statistics Data Science or a related field.

• 
  23 years of relevant work experience in data science machine learning or applied science with a focus on recommendation systems.

• 
  Strong programming skills in Python and experience with other programming languages like C# C is a plus.

• 
  Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms generative AI technologies statistics and data modeling techniques.

• 
  Experience with recommendation systems collaborative filtering and personalization algorithms is a plus.

• 
  Proficiency in data manipulation cleaning and analysis using SQL and/or other data processing tools.

• 
  Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and experiment design.

• 
  Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work in a fastpaced collaborative environment.

• 
  Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to effectively present and explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
