Data Entry Specialist

Job Description

• Enter customer and account data from source documents within time limits.
• Compile, verify the accuracy, and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry.
• Activate all the received projects within the pre-determined SLT [service level time].
• Enter data of activations on the system.
• Assist in the Implementation activation steps as per established processes & procedures.
• Communicate/coordinate with other departments in case any case resolution is required.
• Fully understand and adhere to company policies and procedures that generate
• Act as a source of expertise in case any detailed information is required immediately.
• Proactively identify potential issues and address them in a timely manner
• Communicate with Client Services regarding all implementation-related customizations

Job Requirements

• Fast typing skills
• Excellent command of English & Arabic
• Ability to manage Multiple Clients and Projects/Tasks simultaneously
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Excellent Problem Solving & Critical Thinking Abilities is a must
• Exceptional Customer Service Skills
