Job Summary:As a Customer Support Representative you will be a key part of our team ensuring customer satisfaction with our drone products. You will answer inquiries troubleshoot technical issues and provide comprehensive support via phone and email.Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and issues through phone and email.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about drone products features and specifications.
• Assist customers with product setup troubleshooting and usage.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to drones remote controllers software and accessories.
• Process customer orders returns and exchanges.
• Track and update customers on the status of their orders.
• Stay informed about the latest drone models software updates and industry trends.
• Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences.
• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by exceeding service quality standards.
• Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve products and services.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in German and English
• (Optional) Prior experience in customer service or technical support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Salary package:

• Gross monthly salary: 850 euros
• Tech Compliment: 50 euros
• Language Bonus: 200 euros
• Loyalty Bonus: 300 euros every 3 months
• Performance bonus: Up to 120 euros (based on performance)
• Medical and dental insurance (after 6 months)
• 22 business days of annual leave
• Holiday Bonus: Equivalent to 1 month of base salary
• Christmas Bonus: Equivalent to 1 month of base salary (both can be divided and paid monthly)
• Relocation assistance: Up to 200 euros for travel costs (reimbursed after 3 months)
• Accommodation support: Up to 360 euros per month for the first 3 months (reimbursed during 3 months)
• Training period fully paid
