- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions process customer accounts and file
- Good with software and quotation
Requirements
HND/B.SC in any field with 13 years of experience as a Customer Service/Sales Support
Competency Requirements and skills Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures. Strong analytical / problem solving skill. Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and planning skills Ability to work collaboratively with all business units across the company. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical and ability to pay great attention to details Work/Educational/Professional Qualifications B.Sc. or equivalent in Accounting, Finance etc. Minimum of 2 years cognate experience as an Accounts Executive. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP Applications.
