Receiving subscribers' calls, answering their inquiries and processing their requests, whether they are individuals or companies, with high efficiency and professionalism.

Ensuring that the subscribers’ requests are accurately understood and verified according to the policies followed, and the information related to these requests is entered into the system.
- Work on accurately documenting requests that cannot be implemented through a call, and deliver them to the competent authorities to work on their implementation.

Commitment to the working hours program prepared bythe General Administration of Customer Servicesand the implementation of policies and instructions in this regard.

Documenting and communicating subscribers’ comments and suggestions to the direct supervisor.

Sell Ooredoo products and services to existing and potential subscribers.
