Customer Care Agent

Job Description:

• Maintain updated knowledge of all company products and services in order to provide adequate education to customers
• Answer inquires by clarifying desired information, researching, locating, and providing information
• Handle and resolve customer complaints if any
• Identify and escalate priority issues
• Follow up customer calls where necessary to collect customers’ feedback and ensure that they are fully satisfied with the service
• Perform outbound campaign calls on a daily basis
• Additional responsibilities can be added if needed

Job Requirements

• B.Sc. degree in business administration or any relevant field
• At least one year of experience in a call center environment preferably offshore accounts.
• Strong problem solving & analysis skills
• Good attention to details
• Team oriented personality
• Excellent communication skills
• Bilingual speaker
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Very flexible and adaptive to new conditions or circumstances
• Proactive, service-oriented attitude and able to take our customer experience to the next level
