Overview:
As a Customer Account Manager you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong longlasting relationships with our clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. This role requires excellent communication skills a proactive approach to problemsolving and a dedication to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
Develop and nurture relationships with assigned clients to understand their needs preferences and objectives.
Act as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries concerns and requests.
Regularly engage with clients to provide updates on products services and company developments.
Anticipate potential issues and proactively address them to maintain client satisfaction.

2. Account Maintenance:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions transactions and correspondence using CRM software.
Monitor account activity track key performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to billing contracts or service agreements.

3. Strategic Planning:
Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and develop customized solutions to meet their needs.
Identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling additional products or services to existing clients.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client retention and expansion.

4. Customer Advocacy:
Act as a strong advocate for clients within the organization ensuring their voices are heard and their concerns are addressed.
Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements or product enhancements.
Represent the company at client meetings industry events and conferences to promote brand awareness and foster positive relationships.

Requirements

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business administration marketing or IT (preferred).
Proven experience in customer service account management or sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
