Credit Officer

It receives customers and the public, identifies their requests and needs of the bank's services and products, and works to meet them with the efficiency required to provide them with distinguished service.

• Prepares the loan application, prepares it, and confirms its recommendations in accordance with the approved policies and procedures, and according to the powers, in implementation of work procedures.
• In coordination with the line official, he prepares a schedule of field visits to clients on a regular basis, with the aim of explaining the policy of granting loans, field inspection, identifying their needs, and marketing the bank's services and products to attract customers in line with the business plan to achieve the objectives of the branch and increase its sales share of these products.
• Handles clients' telephone and verbal inquiries and develops solutions to problems that may arise during the implementation of their transactions as quickly as possible to facilitate the completion of the service provided to them.
• Clients follow up on a monthly basis in order to collect monthly payments in order to preserve the bank's rights.
• Prepares periodic reports (field visits, credit portfolio performance) and submits them to the line
