SADDA is a professional architecture and interior design company founded in 2010 by architect Emad Salameh and Architect Liana Al Habash. As an award-winning company, we provide a range of services including Architecture and Interior Architecture, Interior Design and Fit-Out, and BIM and Engineering Services. Our services are currently provided in Jordan and KSA.
Role Description
The Creative Design Architect will join our team in Amman, Jordan, as a full-time, on-site member. In this role, you will work closely with clients and team members to create and develop design concepts, collaborate on design proposals, draw up detailed plans, and ensure client satisfaction through excellent communication. Additionally, this role involves overseeing design projects from conception to completion, evaluating project feasibility, and providing cost estimates.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or related fields
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in architecture and interior design, specifically in the field of creative design
- Excellent proficiency in design software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering software.
- Exceptional design skills and a strong portfolio
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with team members and clients
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to find unique solutions within budget constraints and provide cost estimates.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and compliance
