Job Title: Course Development Specialist

As we expand our offerings we are seeking a passionate and experienced Course Development Specialist to join our team.
Position Overview:
As a Course Development Specialist you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning content that forms the backbone of our financial courses. Your expertise in curriculum design financial industry knowledge and innovative instructional strategies will contribute directly to our mission of delivering highquality impactful learning experiences for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Curriculum Design:
- Develop comprehensive engaging and industryrelevant curriculum for financial courses.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to ensure course content remains current and impactful.
Content Creation:
- Create compelling and wellstructured educational content including presentations case studies quizzes and assessments.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts instructors and multimedia specialists to enhance the learning experience.
Needs Assessment:
- Conduct needs assessments to identify the learning requirements of our target audience.
- Utilize feedback from students instructors and market research to continually enhance course content.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy relevance and effectiveness of course materials.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates to meet evolving industry standards.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams including instructors marketing and technology to align course content with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with instructors to incorporate effective teaching methodologies and best practices.
Innovation:
- Explore and recommend innovative instructional design techniques technologies and delivery methods.
- Integrate interactive elements and realworld scenarios to enhance the learning experience.
Project Management:
- Manage course development projects including timelines milestones and deliverable.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in education Instructional Design Finance or a related field. Master s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in curriculum development instructional design or related roles within the financial sector.
- Strong understanding of financial and economics concepts investment strategies and industry regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in elearning authoring tools and learning management systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced startup environment.
- Detailoriented with a commitment to delivering highquality educational content.
Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in education, Instructional Design, Finance, or a related field. Master s degree is a plus. Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or related roles within the financial sector. Strong understanding of financial and economics concepts, investment strategies, and industry regulations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
