As our Content Writer & Social Moderator you will be responsible for producing engaging content for our social media platforms and moderating usergenerated content to nurture our online communities.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Create daily social media content including posts captions tweets graphics content and video scripts in both English and Arabic in collaboration with the graphic designer video editor and creative director
Align content with brand guidelines messaging and audience needs
Create a monthly content plan and calendar for distribution across social media platforms (Facebook Instagram YouTube LinkedIn TikTok and Snapchat).
Conduct research to inform content and stay up to date on trends
Optimize content for SEO hashtags and maximum engagement
Collaborate crossfunctionally to support content campaigns and initiatives
Track performance metrics and optimize strategies to drive growth
Monitor user content across social platforms for policy violations
Review and take action on posts comments messages images stories videos shorts reels and live streams.
Remove or report content according to community guidelines
Engage with users directly to provide support and guidance
Identify issues and trends to improve moderation policies
Document all moderation activities accurately
Requirements:
3 years experience in social media content writing and moderation
Excellent writing copyediting and creative skills in both English and Arabic.
Indepth knowledge of social media platforms and communities
Strong judgment in assessing policy violations
Outstanding multitasking and communication abilities
Collaborative team player with high integrity
Passion for brand storytelling and community engagement
Working 5 days a week onsite from our office in the 5th settlement and one day home whenever needed for 5th Settlement and surroundings residents.

Accommodation is provided for distant candidates in Nasr City against working 6 days a week from 9 pm to 5 pm on Saturdays Wednesdays and from 9 am to 2 pm on Thursdays to travel early to home governments.
