Content Moderation With German - Lisbon

Your tasks:

• Content moderation of chats via inhouse software;
• Content moderation of any content that customers may be exposed to when using Supercell products;
• Analyzing customer behavior and making decisions based on policies;
• Analysis of customers in the event of suspicious behavior that violates the terms of use or affects the security of customers;
• Analysis of cases of fraud in competitions and eSports;
• Identify highrisk situations such as child abuse terrorism smuggling suicide threats possible school shootings etc;

What you need:

• Fluency in German (must be at least C1)
• Communicative level of English ( at least B2)
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
