الوصف الوظيفي
Responsibilities:
- Update content assets and assign pages (specific to Salesforce Commerce Cloud) for all types of marketing content. Example: homepage storefronts, editorial guides and landing pages, category banners on product pages, grid interrupters, policy pages, checkout banners, etc.;
- Write HTML & CSS to create content, assign them to content slots and schedule assets;
- Update all marketing content for the mobile application on the CMS platform, inclusive of menu changes;
- Work closely with the E-commerce Manager and specialists and cross-departmental teams including Creative and Marketing partners for asset transfer, SEO optimizations and QA approvals;
- QA all work on multiple devices and staging environments prior to production;
- Aid in any investigations and bug fixes flagged by the IT department as well as open tickets for any inquiries and problems found online or on the app;
- Optimize flagged issues that do not respect ADA requirements or that will improve search engine optimization;
- Self-manage sprint tickets and tasks on Jira management system.
