Job Responsibilities:
- Handle guest reservations and check-in/check-out
- Provide excellent customer service by handling and resolving guest issues and complaints
- Fold laundry and load washers and dryers
- Manage accounts receivable and billing
- Maintain records and files
- Assist with meeting room setup
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for the majority of the shift
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Reliable and always on time
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to take ownership of your environment
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Ability to work effectively independently and/or with minimal supervision
Schedule:
- Morning shift, Tuesday to Saturday, 6 AM - 2:00 PM
Pay rate:
- $$11 per hour
