- A-Z customers relations, responsible for all customer support and answering all inquiries
and complaints on social media and online channels.
- Take the conversation offline and contact the customer directly to resolve any issues
directly. They will be trained on several CRM platforms to accurately
communicate or escalate each inquiry incoming from the brand’s numerous
channels internally and externally.
- Gather user feedback on products and services and report back to the business.
- Engage with our communities regularly and build a connection between them
and BitOasis.
