- Supervise national and volunteers staff, Encourage, support and provide training programs to improve the quality of leadership in recreation activities by staff and volunteers
- Work and communicate with Community members to assess, identify, develop, and implement recreation programs that reflect the community needs. Conduct research into community needs. Identify programming that responds to those needs. Research, identify gaps, develop, recommend and implement recreation programs.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery methods and procedures. Identify opportunities for improvement and implementation.
- Provide administrative and technical support for project officers and the volunteer’s staff.
- Insure all the CE and RS locations and programs are working in the most effective way as well as continually evaluating gaps and acting to improve their quality
- Work with the Camp Manager to establish new partnerships and conduct improvements (design location, write and present proposal, coordinate with and supervise different implementers) in accordance with work-plan.
