- Basic Qualifications
- Previous experience of 3 years in training.
- Certified Communication trainer with good communication skills – oral and written
- Good interpersonal skills – ability to work with and influence multiple Training Team members/ Stakeholders across different sites globally
- Knowledge of MS Office Tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chrome and Outlook.
- Time Management, prioritization and organization
- Adaptability for a rapidly changing environment and requirements, Flexibility to work in different shifts.
- Ability to analyze, identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Ability to build reports and dashboards for monitoring performance during training.
- Preferred Qualifications
- A graduate in any field of study.
- High level of energy and proactive nature. A sense of ownership and drive and a willingness to accept the challenge
- Creative problem solvers and good analytical skills
- Good mathematic and organizational/time management skills
- Resilient, cares about others development, and displays ownership for one’s own personal development and a desire for career progression
- Consistent record of process improvement within the training department
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment
