Job Description

Based in Movenpick Cairo Media City and directly reporting to the hotels General Managers and in dotted line to the Regional ECommerce Manager the cluster digital marketing manager will maintain and execute the hotels Digital Marketing and Ecommerce activities including but not limited to developing strategy content updates Social media management email marketing display and programmatic campaigns Metasearch and OTA optimization.

• Cdigital yearly plan and budget for the hotels across direct and indirect channels
• Contributing to Hotels Strategies working closely with key stakeholders from Marketing Sales Revenue PR F&B
• Develop quarterly and yearly ecommerce and digital marketing plans covering all digital channels and levers (Direct and Indirect)
• Plan and execute all digital marketing activities including but not limited to SEO/SEA emailing social media display Metasearch and influencers
• Reporting and Analysis of Web Direct and Indirect performance
• Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Ensure hotels presence across key social platforms relevant to the source markets and social content production
• Handle the CRM and email marketing with the third party tool for Rooms F&B and other outlets in line with the strategy and corporate guidelines
• Monitor and assist in ensuring rate parity together with the Revenue Director/Manager throughout all distribution channels
• Manage hotels online reputation
• Review and monitor hotels competitor set on a regular basis and maintain competitiveness in terms of content quality and offer appeal
• Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate endtoend customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
• Ensure Accor App visibility and usage uplift across the hotels
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in ECommerce / Digital Marketing in Hospitality or Retail
• A degree in Hospitality Management or Marketing and Communications
• Excellent English both verbal and written
• Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts strategy and best practice
• Excellent presentation and customer relationship skills
• Energetic and passionate to work
