Civil Project Execution Manager

Job Description

• Ensure the project execution team have "Early Engagement" in selected project pursue activities.
• Strategize sourcing restriction and specials requirements for targeted cost & lead time.
• Analyze anticipated operational risks with go bid T&Cs and develop mitigation plans accordingly.
• Lead the Team to Ensure On-Time/Accurate Delivery and Meet POR Commitment.
• Join kickoff meeting with sales to crystallize the project spec/documentation requirements.
• Review customer PO before acceptance to ensure clean order signed from both commercial (lead time, payment term, performance bond etc), and technical perspective.
• Call for project execution kick off meeting with factories and related SOM personnel to ensure cross the board understanding of the project requirements.
• Manage documentation submission/status report per contracted project execution schedule.
• Manage payment collection from customer include draft review, getting payment on time per contracted schedule.
• Manage 3rd party site inspection.
• Manage the shipment arrangement.
• Function as a project manager to manages selected projects from cradle to grave.
• Foster a customer oriented and business agile team to work towards common goals and aim for success by providing clear department Key Performance Measurements (KPMs) and proper coaching/guidance.
• Other duties as assigned by direct manager.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil/Arch Engineering with minimum 8 years working experience particularly in project management and engineering in Infrastructure, minimum 3 years’ team management experience.
• Passionate about business growth and strong risk management/problem solving skills.
• Strong in developing/implementing efficient project management processes & continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
