- Work with CEO to set and develop organizational goals and strategies that aid in achieving the company vision.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, and clients
- Translate the goals into an action plan with milestones and delivery dates
- Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives
- Establish and maintain policies that adhere to company vision and culture
- Oversee recruitment and ensure that recruitment needs are determined on a scientific basis Ensure effective performance management
- Develop employee retention strategies and set retention goals
- Analyze internal operational procedures and determine optimization opportunities
- Responsible for overseeing budgets, financial reporting, and fiscal accountability
- Work with relevant stakeholders to determine department budgets
- Monitors monthly financial reports to assure that revenue targets are met and expenses are controlled
