Responsible of complete bookkeeping in ERP system and maintenance of all related files
Preparing cash flow forecasts cost analysis and measuring the through put to support the Country manager.
Manage cash flow and act as liaison with banks
Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
Reviewing and Consolidation of Financial Reports which include Profitability Reports Statement of Financial Position Cash Flows Ageing Reports
Maintains financial security by following internal control managing the budgeting process and preparing of strategic analysis.
VAT & other Tax periodic filing of statuary returns thereof.
Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
Complies with federal state and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation enforcing adherence to requirements and advising management on needed actions.
Prepare and submit expense reports to management for approval
Developing dashboard reports for the top management to keep them informed about current business outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
- 57 years in the same title or managerial level.
- Experience in Management Accounting or a related field may be preferred.
- Previous experience in dealing with banks.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of accounting finance and management principles.
- Exceptional math skills.
- Proficiency with computers especially bookkeeping software and MS Office.
- High level of efficiency and accuracy.
- Willingness to comply with all local state federal and company regulations.
- Attention to detail and the ability to analyze large amounts of data.
