Chemist Intern

Job Description:

1. Carry out all tests regarding the following new incoming devices:-
   • HPLC
   • DSC
   • IR spectrum
   • NSA
   • Microscope
2. Issue all COA of Raw materials and inserting data in RMQ when the access will be activated.
3. Follow up of all acceptance & statistical test done by the technician in RM & Chemical Lab.
4. Issue SOPs of all Experiments done in RM & Chemical Lab.
5. Review of MSDS of all materials & update them. The issue & review date of each should not be later than Jan2018 (validation 2 years)
6. Follow up of the following documentations:-
   • follow up of R.M (traceability)
   • weekly check of concentration of Anti adhesive of batch off of the five lines in mixer
   • weekly check of % sulfur transformation (Blooming) for both compound & fabric
   • weekly check of RM ware house.
   • Follow up of Solution room solutions analysis.
7. Follow up of calibration & repair of all devices in RM & Chemical Lab. by co-operation with maintenanceresponsible.

Internship Requirements

• BSc Science Faculty (Major Chemistry & Physics OR Special Chemistry ONLY) Graduates of 2020 / 2019 / 2018.
• Fresh Graduates or maximum 1 year of Experience.
• Excellent English Commands both spoken & written.
• Excellent profession in using Computers and MS office.
• Good Communication Skills
• Ability to work in team and alone
• Ability to work with different age groups
• Attentive & capable of working under pressure.
• Male Applicants should have exempted/finished Military service certificate.
