        Bachelor s degree in finance Accounting or related field MBA or CPA is a plus

        Proven experience as a CFO experience in the automotive or software industry is preferred

        Indepth knowledge of financial principles regulations and best practices

        Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills

        Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
