Car Sales Agents (Rental)

TheRentalSalesAgentisresponsibleforoptimizingtherentalexperiencebysellingextras basedonthecustomer'sneeds, draftingrental agreements,andprovidingexceptional customerservice.AsaRentalSalesAgent,youareentrustedwitheducatingourcustomers ontheirbuyingoptionsandservingthemwiththehighestlevelofrespect,professionalism andfriendliness.Youwillbeexpectedtobecometheexpertonourfleetandadditional productsandenhancethecustomer'sexperiencebyprovidingexpertrecommendations. RentalSalesAgentswillbeincentivizedandevaluatedonpredeterminedserviceandsales goalsandstandards.Westrivetomeetourcustomers’needsandexceedtheirexpectations oneveryopportunity.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Createtheoptimalrentalexperiencebymaximizingonsalesandserviceopportunitiesfor everycustomer
• Greetcustomersprofessionallyandpreparetherentalagreement
• Adviceonandselloptionalextrastothecustomeraccordingtohis/herneeds
• Adviseasanexpertonallvehiclesinthefleet,allprotectionitems,andallextras
• Makeexpertrecommendationsandpresenteveryproducttoeverycustomereverytime
• Provideexcellentcustomerserviceinallcustomercontactsituations
• Meetallsalesandservicestandards
• Maintaincleanlinessandorderintheofficearea
• Handlecustomercomplaintswithprofessionalismandconfidence
• CompletedailylistsandreporttotheSupervisorandManager
• Otherjobdutiesasassignedtomeetthebusinessneeds
• Handlealltelephoneandemailinquiriesinafriendylandhelpfulmanner.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor'sdegreepreferred
• Minimum1yearcustomerservice,guestrelationsorsalesexperience
• Exceptionalinterpersonalandrelationship-buildingskillsrequired
• Abilitytofollowdefinedserviceandsalesprocesses
• Demonstratestrongverbalandwrittencommunicationskills
• Strongorganizationalskillsandtheabilitytomulti‐task
• Mustbeabletoworkaflexiblescheduleincludingdayand/oreveninghours
• Mustbeflexibletoworkindifferentlocations/branchesaccordingtobusinessneeds
• Musthavetheabilitytomanagestressfulorunusualstiuationsinordertomaintaingood customerservice
• MusthavebasiccomputernavigationskillsandknowledgeofMicrosoftOfficeApplications
