Job purpose

We are looking for a dedicated, well-spoken Onboarding Specialist to join ourteam. The responsibilities of the Onboarding Specialist include helpingCaptains learn the company policies and provides training on the App usage and buseet systems.

Duties and responsibilities

• Meets the Captains in the onboarding meeting to introduce Buseet Work standards, and ask them to provide the hiring Docs.
• Delivers Buseet Captain Training to the captains including App usage, Soft Skills, Buseet Culture, Ops Process.
• Uploads the captains required data on the system
• Get the certified Captain to sign on the assigned work agreement which includes the Route details and fees
• Commit to the delivery SLA for his duties with the cross functional teams.
• Delivers periodic refreshment sessions for captain on site to maintain buseet quality standards up to date.
• Responsible for updating the captains with any new features training sessions.
• Delivers enhancement sessions for the reported outlier captains due to behavioural or performance incidents.
• Brainstorm ideas and critically re-think every process, all the time.
• Making sure that the Captain Onboarding & Training function is completing Buseet operations excellence process and work on developing it along the way.
