Business Intelligence Specialist

We are looking for a Transmission Coordinator / Project Manager ( TCPM ) to join our The TCPM is responsible for end-to-end planning of broadcast events for new and existing The TCPM should be able to assess a client s needs and match them with the most efficient and cost-effective manner, while managing the urgency that comes with working in a fast paced, high-pressure

The TCPM needs to be able to react quickly to ever changing requirements and work closely with sales and operations departments to overcome challenges that may The role will also undertake bookings and scheduling tasks working as part of the wider operational team, at times requiring the TCPM to be responsible with securing price quotes from vendors, through to the scheduling and planning of events and ultimately overseeing the final billing

• The TCPM will report to the Director of Operations and will need to ensure that the expectations and needs of the Director of Operations are being met
  
• The TCPM will be accountable for the management and coordination of events, liaising with clients and taking ownership for all parts of the planning process under the supervision of The Director of Operations
  
• The TCPM will need to be proficient in scheduling of internal and external resources within the VISTA Management System ( VMS ) to include technical equipment, third party resources and personnel
  
• The TCPM will be tasked to ensure that the most efficient and effective methods of delivery are assessed to meet customer requirements before anything is scheduled, striving for the best value for both client and VISTA/NEP
  
• The TCPM will focus on Maximizing transmission resource utilization specifically: fiber, IP, & satellite capacity bookings for Domestic and International events
  
• The TCPM will focus on coordinating production resources and requirements such as mobile production units, crewing, independent production contractors, generators, and ancillary related services
  
  

Requirements

• The TCPM must be proficient in the VISTA Live Events Grid and be able to manage updating the grid as required
  
• The TCPM will be tasked to manage their own events, projects and or assigned clients needs
  
• By 6-month assessment, The TCPM should be able to lead the Operations Department during busy workload days, covering for the Director of Operations who may be working
  
• Must be able to work nights, weekends & holidays to manage the needs of customer s events
